Motiva a tus niños ante un reto, ayúdales a mejorar su estado de ánimo y su confianza.

Anima a tus niños a pensar en una situación que les gustaría superar o que enfrentan día a día, pídeles que escriban y que piensen en esas ideas y pensamientos negativos que se dicen a sí mismos y luego ayúdales a cambiarlas por otros positivos.
